Job summary

A technology services company in Singapore is seeking an experienced network administrator to manage data network devices and provide solutions for various brands including Cisco and Palo Alto. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience in network administration, expertise with Cisco products, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Immediate start is preferred.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Managing Data network devices that are included in Primary Data Centre
• Handle Wireless LAN, Wired LAN & Routers assessment on parameters including configuration, bandwidth analysis, policy classification for applications, peak hour traffic analysis based on monitoring system report, traffic encryption etc.
• Provide network solutioning for brands mainly like Cisco, Palo alto, Fortigate, Huawei, F5 load balancers
• Ability to handle the below…
• Design and Architecture of the network
• Services -traffic flow optimization
• High availability and resiliency design
• MPLS/VPN/Internet services
• QoS standard / best practices recommendations
• Layer 3 routing, Layer 2 optimization
• Centralized Configuration Backup
• Network monitoring recommendations, Network performance testing recommendations

Skills Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree Computer Engineering/Information technology/Computer Science/Related field
• Exposure in F5 LTM/GTM platform experience.
• Network solutioning, providing technical support for network which involves cisco router, switches, wireless and design
• Providing support for network night migrations
• Network design and maintain network diagrams, low level and high-level design documents
• Project management and technical support for solarwinds network monitoring system
• Troubleshooting of network related issues for network in project phase
