Job summary

DCI CONSULTANTS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a seasoned network architect/consultant to lead end-to-end design, implementation and governance of enterprise networks. You will shape on-premises campus and data centre networks, ensure high availability and drive hybrid connectivity to GCC/GCC+ environments, including ExpressRoute and VPN/MPLS/SD-WAN solutions.

Qualifications

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in enterprise network engineering with at least 5 years in architecture or consultancy.
Proven design, implementation and support of large-scale on-premises networks including data centres, campus, WAN, and wireless.
Experience designing hybrid networks integrating GCC/GCC+ environments.
Strong understanding of data centre network design, redundancy and high availability.
Experience with hybrid connectivity technologies: ExpressRoute, Site-to-Site VPN, MPLS, SD-WAN, Direct Connect.
Experience in Singapore Government or Statutory Boards is highly desirable.
Familiarity with government ICT policies, cybersecurity, and cloud governance is advantageous.
Experience in procurement related to network equipment and services is an advantage.
Experience leading network design reviews, architecture governance, and multiple project consultancies.

Responsibilities

Lead network design reviews and architecture governance across multiple initiatives.
Provide technical assurance and project consultancy for enterprise networks.

Job description

Preferred Experience

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in enterprise network engineering, with at least 5 years in network architecture, solution design, or technical consultancy.
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting large-scale on-premises enterprise network infrastructure, including campus networks, data centres, WAN, Internet edge, and wireless environments.
Experienced designing and supporting hybrid network architectures integrating on-premises infrastructure with Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) and/or Government Commercial Cloud Plus (GCC+) environments.
Strong understanding of data centre networking, including core, distribution, and access layer design, network segmentation, redundancy, and high availability.
Experienced with hybrid connectivity technologies such as ExpressRoute, Site-to-Site VPN, MPLS, SD-WAN, and Direct Connect (or equivalent).
Experienced working within Singapore Government agencies or Statutory Boards is highly desirable.
Familiarity with Singapore Government ICT policies, cybersecurity requirements, and cloud governance frameworks is an advantage.
Familiarity and experience with procurement work related network infrastructure equipment and professional services is an advantage.
Experienced leading network design reviews, architecture governance, technical assurance, and project consultancy across multiple concurrent initiatives.
