You will learn how a multi-vendor network supports trading and connectivity, and how automation reduces error rates while expanding your skill set in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Understand network protocols (ARP, BGP, OSPF) at a basic level.
• Knowledge of operating system fundamentals and computer architecture.
• Strong programmer with potential and capacity to learn.
• Intellectually curious, collaborative, eager to learn.
• Humble and unafraid to ask questions and admit mistakes.
• Strong communicator.
• Comfortable at the command line of a Unix-like machine.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Working on cross-team projects such as site expansions and new colocation builds.
• Debugging routing protocols.
• Provisioning new market data feeds and connections to third parties.
• Automating support tasks and improving the team's ability to monitor the network.
