Job summary

FRONTIER FORCE TECHNOLOGY PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a results-driven ICT project delivery and support professional to manage project delivery, testing, and value-added technical service for ICT projects. You will lead early-stage network planning, implementation, and post-deployment maintenance.

You will provide remote and on-site support, troubleshoot, train clients, and maintain strong customer relationships, coordinating resources to ensure satisfaction and successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Familiar with H3C or other mainstream networking products and technologies, including but not limited to: Routing & Switching, Security, Wireless, SDN, Servers, Storage, Cloud Computing, etc.
• Good in communication skills.
• Experience in SDN and cloud-network integration projects is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Project Delivery & Support: delivery, testing, and value-added technical service support of ICT projects.
• Project Management Support: project delivery including early-stage network planning, implementation, and post-deployment operation and maintenance.
• Technical Support & Training: remote and on-site support for clients and partners, including technical troubleshooting and professional training.
• Customer Relationship Management: engage and maintain relationships with key clients, coordinate resources, and ensure customer service satisfaction.
