Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to join our Day 2 operations support team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting and managing network infrastructure, primarily within data center environments. You will be responsible for day‑to‑day operations, troubleshooting, and ongoing improvements to ensure high availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for network operations in data center environments
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network hardware and software systems
• Work closely with infrastructure and platform teams to ensure network availability
• Participate in root cause analysis and incident resolution
• Implement configuration changes in accordance with change management policies
• Maintain documentation of network configurations and procedures

Requirements

• Strong experience with Cisco routing and switching products
• Hands‑on experience in one or more of the following technologies is advantageous:
  • VMware vCenter Server and ESXi
  • NetApp AFF / FAS
  • Dell PowerEdge and HP ProLiant servers
  • VMware vSAN, VxRail, Nutanix, or Cisco HyperFlex
  • Microsoft Windows Server and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
  • Backup solutions such as NetBackup, Commvault, or Veeam
  • Cisco UCS platforms (B‑series, E‑series blade servers, C‑series rack servers), UCS Fabric Interconnects / UCS Manager

Additional Consideration

• Candidates with strong networking and security skillsets are also welcome to apply, even if they lack direct experience with the above‑listed platforms.
