Job summary

NTT Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Network Operations professional to oversee core Data Centre networking services, drive reliability, security, and continuous improvement.

You will lead automation initiatives and work with stakeholders to ensure high availability and resilience in mission-critical environments. Responsibilities include managing DC network operations, incident/change management, and implementing automation with Ansible, Python, and APIs, while advancing security

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Network Operations.
• Expertise in at least two areas: Core DC Networking, Network Security, or Network Automation.
• Strong routing, switching, troubleshooting, and change management skills.
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Python, and APIs.
• Familiarity with segmentation, micro-segmentation, and Zero Trust security concepts.
• Relevant certifications (Cisco, Palo Alto, F5, Check Point, etc.) are advantageous.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management activities, including RCA and major incident resolution.
• Implement and maintain network automation using Ansible, Python, APIs, and other automation tools.
• Support security operations, micro-segmentation, and Zero Trust initiatives to enhance network security posture.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure SLA compliance and service delivery excellence.
• Drive operational improvements through automation, monitoring, process optimization, and technology refresh initiatives.

Requirements
