Qualifications

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Level 2 Network Engineer to manage and support enterprise network operations, ensuring network reliability, security, and performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in network infrastructure, incident management, and troubleshooting, with a focus on network security and project support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Network Operations & Support:
    • Monitor, configure, and maintain network devices including routers, switches, and firewalls.
    • Handle incident management, service requests, and change management processes.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues efficiently.
    • Ensure network infrastructure security by applying ACLs, NAT/PAT, and VPN configurations.
  • Project Support:
    • Assist in network upgrade and deployment projects.
    • Collaborate with senior engineers on network design, configuration, and implementation.
    • Provide technical support for project execution and closure.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Implement routing protocols such as RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP.
    • Apply network monitoring tools and protocols like SNMP, IPSLA, and ManageEngine.
    • Conduct regular firmware and patch updates on network devices.
  • Collaboration & Documentation:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network operations.
    • Maintain updated technical documentation, including network diagrams and incident reports.
Required Qualifications
