Job summary

A leading communication equipment provider in Singapore seeks a Network Engineer to manage network equipment installation and testing. Candidates should possess at least 5 years of relevant experience, along with necessary certifications in CISCO, NetApp, and VMware. This role offers a monthly salary range of S$5k - S$6.5k and operates Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in network engineering.
• Proven capability in installation and termination of network equipment.
• Experience in system design and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Install and terminate network equipment.
• Test and program network devices.
• Design and implement data center infrastructure.
• Conduct factory acceptance tests.
• Provide customer training and support.

Salary range: S$5k to S$6.5 per month

Work week: Mon to Fri (830AM-530PM)

A Marine Communication Equipment and Service Provider based in Singapore serving the Asia Pacific region for over 40 years is inviting keen individual to join its team as Network Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Installation, termination of network equipment (Copper & Fiber Outlet, patch panel and cable management).
• Testing & programming of network switch, router, WLAN controller, AP and firewall.
• System architect in data center infrastructure design and implementation including server (VMware), SAN storage and network.
• System design & implementation to make a truly access and complete of client requirements until full closure of the project delivery.
• Conduct factory acceptance test in the workshop, providing FAT report.
• Deliver customer training, presentation and support.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor in computer science, network or equivalent technical discipline
• Proven 5 years’ experience in a similar role & responsibility
• CISCO certified (CCNP)
• NetApp / EMC certified (NetApp NCDA)
• VMWare certified (VCIX6-DCV)
