Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for daily IT operations, network maintenance, and infrastructure management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network and system issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure service continuity.
- Manage and configure user accounts, permissions, and access controls to maintain system integrity and security.
- Monitor and support network operations, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls, DNS, and VPN configurations.
- Participate in 24/7 rotational shifts to ensure continuous monitoring and smooth operation of IT systems and networks.
- Support IT audit activities, providing technical input and addressing identified gaps in a timely manner.
- Deliver ad hoc technical solutions and recommendations as assigned by the Department Head.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals with hands-on operational experience.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
- Prior experience in a banking or financial institution will be an advantage.
- A proactive learner with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
