We are seeking a Network Engineer to support the implementation, maintenance, and day-to-day operations of enterprise network and security infrastructure. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and customers to ensure reliable, secure, and compliant network environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, operation, and maintenance of network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and routers
• Assist with configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting of network connectivity and security-related issues
• Perform firewall rule updates, clean-up, and basic hardening in accordance with established guidelines
• Support network changes, upgrades, and migrations, ensuring proper documentation and change records
• Assist with incident resolution, log review, and routine operational security checks
• Provide operational support for LAN/WAN environments and endpoint connectivity
• Prepare implementation checklists and support pre-deployment and post-deployment activities
• Work closely with team members to ensure adherence to internal policies and customer requirements
• Maintain network diagrams, configurations, and technical documentation

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Networks, or a related field
• Hands-on experience in network or IT infrastructure support roles
• Experience supporting firewall and switching environments in enterprise settings
• Familiarity with routing, switching, and fundamental network security concepts
• Experience working in support, implementation, or operations teams

Technical Skills

• Basic configuration and support of firewalls (e.g. Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, or equivalent)
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and the OSI model
• Ability to troubleshoot network and connectivity issues effectively
• Exposure to compliance or audit support is an advantage
• Familiarity with standard networking tools and documentation practices
