Qualifications

• Install, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity and security issues.
• Support network upgrades, patching, and routine maintenance.
• Assist in implementing network security measures and access controls.
• Document network configurations, incidents, and changes.
• Provide L1 support for escalated network issues.

Skills & Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience in network administration/engineering.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, Routing & Switching.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco/Juniper/HP/Aruba devices.
• Familiarity with firewalls (Fortinet/Palo Alto/Cisco ASA).
• Understanding of network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, etc.).
• Knowledge of network security principles and troubleshooting.
• Certifications preferred: CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent.
