• Configuration of all types of active devices like Switches, CCTV cameras, wi-fi devices and access control.
• Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN).
• Respond to network alerts and support tickets, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
• Perform routine checks to ensure network health, availability, and performance.
• Maintain inventory and documentation for all network assets and patch panels.
