About the Role

Join our Singapore team as a Network & Endpoint Protection Engineer in a 100% cloud-based environment. You will manage and secure our cloud network and endpoints, working with Palo Alto Firewalls, GlobalProtect VPN, and AWS networking services.

Important

This role is open to Singapore citizens only, as it requires higher-level government clearance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and configure Palo Alto Firewalls & GlobalProtect VPN in cloud environments
• Configure, monitor, and optimize AWS networking components (VPC, Security Groups, Route Tables, NAT Gateway, Load Balancers)
• Implement cloud endpoint protection, access controls, and security policies
• Respond to cloud network incidents and service requests following ITIL practices
• Collaborate with cloud, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure connectivity
• Maintain accurate documentation for cloud configurations and procedures

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Networking, InfoSec, or related field
• Hands‑on experience with Palo Alto Firewall and GlobalProtect VPN in cloud environments
• Familiarity with AWS networking services
• Basic understanding of ITIL processesStrong communication, documentation, and team collaboration skills

Preferred

• Certifications in networking or cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, CCNA, PCNSA)
• Experience with endpoint protection and Zero Trust principles
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Passion for cloud security and compliance
