Job summary

Good co India is seeking an experienced Lead Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.

You will architect scalable, secure solutions with microservices, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to define technical solutions, APIs, and system interoperability. Strong DevOps and cloud experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 7 to 12 years of experience in software development, with at least 24 years in a Technical Lead or Team Lead role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.
• Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using microservices and cloud-native design principles.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and conduct code reviews to ensure coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and solution architects to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs, integrate third-party services, and ensure seamless system interoperability.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex production issues, and implement security best practices.
• Drive DevOps initiatives by implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
• Oversee database design, optimization, and maintenance using SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and performance tuning techniques.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies, SDLC processes, and quality assurance standards.
• Participate in technical planning, effort estimation, risk assessment, and project delivery while mentoring junior developers.

Preferred candidate profile

• 7 to 12 years of experience in software development, with at least 24 years in a Technical Lead or Team Lead role.
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Entity Framework Core, and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of Design Patterns, SOLID Principles, Clean Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Experience in designing scalable enterprise applications and distributed systems.
• Exposure to front-end technologies such as Angular or React is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field; Microsoft Azure certifications are highly preferred.
