AVENSYS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Application Consultant who must have .NET Framework/ASP.NET experience, with preference for .NET Core. You will join government product teams to deliver digital solutions for public sector agencies.

Collaborate with cross-functional squads, participate in Agile ceremonies, and ensure high-quality, scalable software while mentoring teammates in best practices.

Job Description: Application Consultant (Must Have .Net Framework/ASP.NET, Prefer .Net Core)

• Join product teams to build impactful digital solutions for government agencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional product squads comprising Full Stack Engineers, Quality Engineers, UX Designers, Product Managers and Product Owners.
• Partner with government agencies to develop and enhance high-quality digital products that solve real user problems.
• Build user-centred solutions that deliver meaningful outcomes for public sector users and citizens.
• Participate in the product management lifecycle and contribute to continuous product improvement.
• Adopt modern technologies, practices and tools to accelerate product delivery and enhance user experience.
• Participate in Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Contribute to technical knowledge-sharing and product ideation sessions to drive innovation.
• Develop clean, maintainable code that supports rapid product iteration and long-term scalability.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain product quality and share technical knowledge across the team.
• Prioritise and execute product features and technical tasks in dynamic, fast-moving environments.

Essential Requirements

• Solid programming fundamentals.
• Familiarity with cloud-based application development.
• Knowledge of Extreme Programming (XP), Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD).
• Knowledge and experience in ReactJS, TypeScript, Angular and .NET.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good technical aptitude, troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
• Strong understanding and working knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Passion for serving the public through technology.
• Singaporean citizenship is mandatory.

Advantageous Skills

• Experience with SHIP-HATS, APEX or Cloud File Transfer (CFT).
• Experience with AWS deployment, Terraform, Docker or similar cloud infrastructure tools.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native architecture or container orchestration.
