You’ll play a key role in building robust, maintainable systems and contribute to the team’s long-term transformation roadmap.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues with software applications, ensuring smooth and efficient operation by providing timely and effective support.
  • Diagnose and address technical issues reported by users, including application bugs, data errors, and performance-related problems.
  • Analyze error logs and system behavior to identify recurring issues, implementing preventative measures to enhance application stability.
  • Perform updates, patches, and configuration changes to ensure the application aligns with the latest company codebase and industry standards.
  • Manage, prioritize, and resolve support requests in a timely manner to minimize user disruption.
  • Provide technical assistance to users encountering issues with the application, offering clear solutions and guidance.
  • Communicate technical problems and solutions to individuals with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and report bugs, recommend improvements, and contribute to overall application enhancements.
  • Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and knowledge base articles.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience developing end-to-end business applications using technologies such as C# .NET, AWS, TDD
  • 2+ years of experience working with Web Services APIs.
  • Deep understanding of software architecture, database concepts, and system integration.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly motivated, able to work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Ability to quickly learn and master new technologies and tools.
