Job description

Key responsibilities

• Lead and own the remediation of the global forecasting tool (FuturMaster) with the new global ERP system (SAP S/4HANA) for the countries within the scope of the deployments
• Collaborate with Global teams on a harmonized global project methodology, and contribute to design and build
• Onboard countries and drive the transition with all program steps including change management
• Validate the FuturMaster/SAP S/4HANA remediation planning and resources across the different project phases (E2E/UAT/Cutover)
• Adapt testing scenarios for each deployment considering the Zone/Market specificities and use-cases
• Support the Zone and Local project teams on all related project steps
• Act as a process guardian under the leadership of the Zone BPO, ensuring that all Demand Planning tools and capabilities within the region are aligned with the process, vision and strategy
• Perform continuous improvement by collaborating with process stakeholders to identify and leverage cross-process synergies, identify opportunities of improvement, contribute to initiatives that strengthen process excellence
• Monitor and challenge performance and adherence of tools/processes to identify areas where local entities require support
• Prepare, drive and deliver Zone initiatives within the approved governance, including development of functional specifications
• Manage the regional requests for configuration changes to global tools via the IT demands management procedure
• Animate and upskill the community of demand planners within the region, delivering user training on core processes, tools, reports etc

You will

• Have a strong and proven background and expertise in demand planning and process excellence, and project-/change- management experience
• Be experienced with the FuturMaster Bloom platform including an intimate knowledge of its functional capabilities and understanding of its underlying architecture
• Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at different levels of the organization ranging from end-users to top management
• Be able to effectively collaborate and partner with multiple cross-functional stakeholders within Zone, Country and Global teams, Able to flexibly operate at different levels of granularity, from a detailed operational focus to a strategic, long-term
• Be highly motivated and a proactive self-starter
• Be able to build and leverage strong working relationships
