Overview

TP Aerospace is a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to excellence in the aviation industry. We are seeking a skilled and reliable NDT Technician to join our growing team.

We are TP Aerospace! A growing and dynamic company operating in the aviation industry. With headquarters in Copenhagen and eleven sites spanning from Orlando to Melbourne, we operate in a highly global environment where things are moving fast!

You will be stationed in TP Aerospace Technics Pte Ltd (Singapore), where it has the largest Aviation Part 145 facilities holding multiple Authorities within the organization. You will be part of the Wheels and Brakes Maintenance Repair Overhaul (MRO) facility and are responsible to ensure the products are airworthiness.

Duties & Responsibility

Your tasks will revolve around the daily operations in strict accordance with the company’s high-quality standards. This includes:

  • Read and understand company policies and procedures, Work Instructions, Component Maintenance Manuals, Standard Practice Manual and other procedure manuals in English.
  • Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) of aircraft wheels and brakes using NDT inspection methods.
  • Set up, maintain, repair shop equipment to ensure maximum performance.
  • Follow established quality control systems and procedures to ensure both company and regulatory compliance.
  • Completes necessary related documentation in accordance with established procedures.
  • Additional duties as assigned by the Workshop/Maintenance Manager
Qualifications
  • ITC / Diploma in Engineering or Material Science or equivalent.
  • NAS410 / EN4179 Level 2 in PT, MT, ET and/or UT.
  • Documentation and recording of relevant method Man-hours evidenced and signed off by a RL3.
  • Visual Acuity equivalent to Jaeger 1, 20/25 Snellen at 16” or Time Roman N4.5 at not less than 30cm and Ishihara colour vision of min 24 plates.
  • Great attitude & Human factors trained
  • CAAS Air legislation paper M10 & M09 would be an advantage.
  • Strong problem solver, self-motivated and self-starter.
  • Singaporean/Permanent Resident only.
