• Strong practical understanding of materials like Aluminium, Titanium, and Inconel 718.
• Skilled in tooling design, probing setup, and error-proofing.
• Expected to control cycle time, tooling costs, and process efficiency.
• Will support MRB troubleshooting for non-conformances (so some exposure to quality or rework handling is useful).
• Must be ready to travel overseas for test cuts or technical support to subsidiaries.
