Job Responsibilities

RESIDENTIAL ENVIRONMENT

Access Control & Resident Support

• Perform access control at guardhouse, lobby, and side gates.

• Verify residents, visitors, delivery personnel, contractors, and ride-hailing drivers before granting entry.

• Issue and record visitor passes; ensure proper registration for contractors.

• Manage resident enquiries and provide basic assistance or directions within the estate.

Surveillance & Monitoring

• Identify security abnormalities, suspicious behaviour, or unauthorized entry attempts.

• Respond to alarms and coordinate with management or emergency services where necessary.

Patrolling & Estate Checks

• Conduct regular patrols around common areas: carparks, lift lobbies, rooftops, corridors, playgrounds, pools, and clubhouse.

• Check for potential safety hazards (e.g., fire risks, unsecured doors, facility malfunctions).

• Ensure condominium facilities remain safe, orderly, and properly secured after hours.

Incident Response & Emergency Handling

• Respond promptly to incidents such as disputes, noise complaints, disturbances, accidents, medical emergencies, or fire alarms.

• Assist in evacuation procedures and guide residents during emergencies.

• Liaise with SCDF, SPF, ambulance services, and property management when necessary.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records including:

  • Visitor logs

  • Patrol and incident reports

  • Carpark monitoring and vehicle checks

  • Key issuance/return logs (if applicable)

• Report faulty equipment, security breaches, or safety concerns to the Property/Condo Manager.

Customer Service & Estate Etiquette Enforcement

• Provide courteous assistance to residents and visitors at all times.

• Ensure estate by-laws (e.g., parking rules, pool and gym regulations) are observed.

• Handle resident feedback politely and elevate issues appropriately.
