Job Description

Onboard vessels and ships.

General repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical motors/generators.

For troubleshooting of switchboards/power panels, etc.

Generating work reports.

Providing technical support to our daily operations on site (either at the Shipyards, on site, or at our own workshop).

Ability to lead a group of at least 2 - 3 technicians.

Able to work independently (when required).

5.5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8 AM to 12 PM), or as required by vessel schedules.

Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma education
• At least 5 years of work experience
• Familiarity with basic regulations for electrical installations and the code of practice
• Ability to write, read, and converse well
• Preferably to have experience in DC/AC motors, Generators, Switchboards and Circuit breakers, PLC, and Control Circuitry
