Qualifications

• PhD/Masters in a relevant engineering field.
• 6–8 years RDA experience in semiconductor process development.
• 6–8 years in RDA Defect, semiconductor optical and e-beam inspection methods.
• Experience with KLA and AMAT tools.
• Strong leadership, mentoring and root-cause analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
