Join Our Team as a Nail Technician!

At Hair Shaka, we believe beauty is for everyone. Our busy yet welcoming Hair & Beauty Salon in Tanjong Pagar is home to a diverse team of talented stylists and beauticians — we’re now looking for a professional Nail Technician to take over clients from our current Nail Tech as she is moving country.

About the Role

We’re looking for someone with strong technical skills, creativity, and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best. Whether you’ve worked in boutique salons or high-end studios, if you love nail art and customer care, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional gel manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, BIAB, and nail art
• Perform standard polish applications and safe nail removal services
• Communicate warmly and effectively with clients
• Maintain salon hygiene and keep nail product inventory organized
• Showcase your work on social media to promote the salon’s services
• Support with daily salon operations, including opening and closing duties

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a professional Nail Technician
• Skilled in gel, soft gel extensions, BIAB, and detailed nail art
• Friendly, organized, proactive, and a great team player
• Able to communicate clearly in English
• Must include a portfolio of previous work with your application

What We Offer

• Salary: SGD 2,500 per month + 10% commission (starting rate)
• Schedule: 5-day work week with alternate off days on Mondays and Saturdays
  Opening Hours Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  Tuesday and Thursday: Extended hours from 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Leave: 14 days paid annual leave + public holidays
