Job summary

NAILZ HAUS PTE. LTD is seeking a supervisor to lead manicure/pedicure teams at multiple Singapore locations, including Orchard and North Point City. The role involves delivering manicure, pedicure, extensions and gel nails, recommending designs, and guiding care for clients.

You will evaluate nail conditions, advise on treatments, handle follow-ups, and resolve customer complaints while supervising staff and managing appointments. Strong leadership and customer-facing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Supervisor (Manicure/Pedicure) management experiences.
• Provide different nails services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent nail services including manicure/pedicure, extension and gel nail services.
• Recommending various nail designs and nail art to clients.
• Evaluating the conditions of customers'nails and advise them on proper nail care and suitable nail care treatments.
• Provide follow up services and able assist all staffs for consult.
• Lead a team
• Attend and resolve customers' complaint
• Attend enquiries and make appointments.
