THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join a hands-on team at our Beauty World centre in Singapore. The role covers sales support, customer care, and day-to-day administration in a retail- and education-focused environment.

The position offers a basic salary with performance incentives, weekend work, and opportunities for growth as you support enrolments, lesson scheduling, and centre operations.

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations with the Centre Manager to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Follow up on enquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and walk-ins; support trial bookings and student enrolments.
• Assist in promoting lessons, instruments, and programmes; build relationships with parents and students.
• Schedule lessons, manage student records, track attendance and handle basic admin tasks.
• Help maintain cleanliness, organisation, and presentation of the centre; coordinate with teachers on schedules.

Customer Service Executive

5 Days | 2 weekdays off (Retail hours include weekend)

Basic $2000 + Performance Incentives, Gross up to $3000

Sales & Customer Support

• Follow up on enquiries (WhatsApp, calls, walk-ins)
