Job summary

A music education center in Singapore is seeking a passionate Guitar Teacher proficient in classical, acoustic, electric guitar, or violin. The successful candidate will plan and deliver tailored lessons, focusing on practical techniques, music theory, and performance skills. Candidates with a Grade 8 certification or a music-related diploma/degree and prior teaching experience will be preferred. Join us in nurturing musical talents and fostering student growth.

  • Guide and motivate students to practice consistently and develop discipline in their musical journey.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on progress and areas improvement.
  • Maintain instruments, classrooms, and learning spaces in good condition.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enrich the overall arts and music curriculum.

  • Prepare teaching materials, lesson plans, and exercises tailored to each student’s learning pace and level.
  • Guide and motivate students to practice consistently and develop discipline in their musical journey.
  • Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on progress and areas improvement.
  • Maintain instruments, classrooms, and learning spaces in good condition.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enrich the overall arts and music curriculum in the centre.
Requirements
