Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in music or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching music to students of various ages.
• Proficiency in playing at least one instrument and ability to teach multiple instruments.

Responsibilities

• Teach music effectively in one-on-one and group settings
• Manage classroom dynamics for groups of children aged 2 to 15 years
• Deliver engaging and interactive music lessons tailored to student needs and learning styles
• Develop customised lesson plans and teaching materials to support individual student progress
• Monitor student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to help students achieve musical goals
• Collaborate with colleagues to organise and participate in musical performances, recitals, and events
• Maintain a safe, well-equipped, and supportive learning environment for all students
• Contribute actively to the continuous improvement of the music education programme
• Prepare evaluation reports quarterly or half-yearly and participate in parent-teacher meetings as required
