Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor school booking system for Learning Journeys at the museum.
• Conduct mass briefings to museum visitors.
• Keep track of school visits and answer enquiries.
• Co-ordinate docent tours for school visits.
• Welcome school groups to the museums and manage crowd control.
• Prepare and monitor educational resources.
• Co-ordinate logistics for workshops and programmes.
