We are looking for a dedicated, full-time Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist who is highly organized, takes initiative, and wants to grow their career alongside a budding practice.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for an AHPC-registered Physiotherapist who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to expand their clinical expertise. As a small team, we value proactive individuals who don't just wait for instructions but take genuine ownership of their role to help the practice thrive.

An existing patient load will be provided and steadily built up for you. While having an existing patient following is a definite advantage, it is not a requirement. We provide structured training to refine your clinical skills, meaning a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn are what matter most.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Excellence: Manage a varied private musculoskeletal and sports caseload, guiding patients from acute pain to high-performance function.
• Patient-Centric Care: Deliver evidence-based manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation, and patient education.
• Team & Network Collaboration: Act as a true team player by working closely with internal staff and actively maintaining professional communication/updates with our referring doctors.
• Practice Initiative: Keep a highly organized schedule and proactively contribute to the smooth daily operations of the clinic.

What We’re Looking For

• The Credentials: Fully or Restricted Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) .
• The Mindset: Highly organized, proactive, and a strong team player with excellent communication skills. A positive attitude and a hunger to learn are non-negotiable.
• The Commitment: Willingness to work a schedule that includes some evenings and Saturdays to accommodate our private clients.
• The Added Bonus:
• Prior experience in a private practice setting or an existing patient following is a plus.
• Certifications or experience in Dry Needling, Clinical Pilates, or Strength & Conditioning (S&C) are highly advantageous.
• Bonus: Basic familiarity or skill with digital platforms (such as social media or writing occasional blog posts).
