Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a skilled Credit Risk IT specialist to support a Murex-based system and manage change requests, projects, and bug fixes from initiation to sign-off. The role combines technical execution with close collaboration across business users, developers, and external vendors.

You will gather and document user requirements, prepare SIT test scenarios, and review UAT requirements while providing robust third-level production support experience in banking or finance contexts.

Qualifications

• Should have strong experience in Murex MxMl.
• Should have experience in Swift ISO20022.
• Good to have experience in Banking or Finance industry.
• Experience in providing third-level support to the production support team.

• Support Credit Risk system using Murex MLC and manage change requests, projects, or bug fixes from initiation to sign-off.
• Gather, analyze, and document user requirements.
• Prepare, execute, and validate SIT test scenario.
• Review user's UAT test requirement, execute and support UAT.

Responsibilities

• Support client Credit Risk system which is using Murex MLC and to look through all the change requests/ projects/ bug fix (whichever is applicable) from initiation to sign-off:
• Gather, analyze, and document user's requirements
• Prepare, execute, and validate SIT test scenario
• Review user's UAT test requirement, execute and support UAT
• You are expected to work closely and communicate effectively and independently with developers, business users, and external vendors

Requirement

• Should have strong experience in Murex MxMl
• Should have experience in Swift ISO20022.
• Good to have experience in Banking or Finance industry
• Experience in providing third-level support to the production support team
