Job summary

VISEO ASIA PTE. LTD. seeks a hands-on MX.3 specialist to deploy, configure, and maintain MX.3 environments for client projects in the APAC region.

The role focuses on upgrades, data model adaptation, and environment management with close collaboration across internal delivery teams. Strong UNIX, scripting (Perl/Shell/SQL/XML), and Murex tooling experience are required, with Mandarin and English proficiency essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of IT/engineering/DevOps/technical implementation experience.
• 3–5 years of Murex experience preferred.
• Hands-on UNIX and RDBMS operations experience.
• Solid scripting knowledge: Perl, awk, Shell, SQL, XML.
• Exposure to DevOps tools such as Git and Ansible.
• Familiarity with Murex configuration management and migration utilities.
• Knowledge of Python scripting and cloud computing is a plus.
• Fluent Mandarin and English skills with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain MX.3 environments for client projects.
• Support Murex upgrade projects and environment management activities.
• Collaborate with delivery teams for smooth MX.3 solutions across APAC.
• Deploy and manage MX.3 environments using Murex tools and scripts.
• Conduct smoke testing before handover to project teams.
• Provide first-level support and escalate issues as needed.
• Use configuration management tools to export/import configuration items.
• Diagnose and resolve configuration-related issues.
• Apply Murex configuration management methodologies for consistency.
• Support database migration and MX.3 data model transformation.
• Assist post-migration stabilization activities.
• Monitor and resolve conversion-related defects.
• Contribute to best practices and templates for environment setup.
• Document installation, upgrade, and migration procedures.
• Improve communication workflows and stakeholder documentation.
• Provide technical consultancy on MX.3 environments and deployment.
