Job summary

Singapore Raffles Music College Pte. Ltd. is seeking a versatile Media Production Executive to support filming, photography, editing, and production coordination across SRPS, The Hub @ SRMC and Raffles Plays.

You will work with a collaborative creative team and report to the Manager, Industry Practice & Creative Innovation. The role involves handling video production tasks, shooting events, editing content for social channels, and mentoring students when required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Media Production or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience; portfolio showcasing shooting and editing.
• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve, Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Good camera operation, lighting and basic audio skills; photography is an advantage.
• Knowledge of vertical video and social media formats; strong storytelling.
• Organised, dependable, willing to learn, able to work independently and in a team.
• Available for scheduled evening/weekend productions.
• Ability to guide and mentor students.

Responsibilities

• Film podcasts, interviews, performances, events, campaigns and client projects.
• Operate cameras, lighting, basic sound equipment; handle gear safely.
• Edit short- and long-form videos; prepare social media cuts and promotional assets.
• Carry out basic colour correction, audio clean-up, captions, graphics and exports.
• Take event and promotional photographs; organize footage, files and equipment.
• Support shoots for SRPS, The Hub and Raffles Plays; assist with schedules and logistics.
• Coordinate with colleagues, clients, performers and vendors; meet deadlines.
• Produce videos and photos showcasing The Hub venues, services and facilities.
• Support multi-camera podcast shoots; recording setups, editing, teasers and highlights.
• Follow briefs while suggesting improvements and original content ideas.
• Work with IPCI team to maintain quality standards; explore AI-assisted workflows.
