Multimedia Designer & Content Management

Salary: $3500 - $4500

Project base : 6 months contract

Location: Suntec Covention Centre (On-site)

The role

We are looking for a Multimedia Designer with a strong eye for visual storytelling to create impactful digital content for Suntec Singapore’s venue screens, The Big Picture, and event displays. The role involves conceptualising, designing, and producing dynamic visual materials that bring our spaces and campaigns to life — enhancing the overall guest and client experience through engaging motion and multimedia design.

Responsibilities:

• Be part of the development and execution of creative concepts, contributing ideas and visual direction from briefing to final delivery.
• Design and produce multimedia content, including video, animation, and motion graphics for The Big Picture, LED walls, digital signage, and event backdrops.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative content that supports campaigns, events, and corporate messaging.
• Adapt designs and videos to fit multiple screen sizes, formats, and resolutions.
• Edit and enhance video footage, incorporating sound, transitions, and effects for professional presentation.
• Maintain brand consistency while exploring innovative visual approaches.
• Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
• Keep up with emerging trends in digital design, animation, and large-format visual communication.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Multimedia Design, Motion Graphics, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Experience in an in-house and/or agency role as Multimedia Designer, working for global or regional brands and/or clients.
• Experience as a design generalist and provide creative direction & support across different creative fields such as branding, social media design, event design, motion design, 3D etc.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates your strategic, conceptual, and design skills through visually compelling work.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Experience producing content for digital screens, LED walls, or event visuals preferred.
• Strong sense of composition, motion, and design aesthetics.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Experience in Generative AI is a huge bonus.
• Strong experience in using AI in creative processes and staying on track with the latest tools
• Mastery of composition, typography, color, aesthetics, visual and imagery
