Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Multimedia and Graphic Designer to join our museum project team. The role involves creating visually compelling multimedia content and graphic design materials that enhance the visitor experience. You will contribute to the conceptualization, design, production, and installation of engaging visuals and interactive media across both digital and physical platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and help bring innovative exhibition concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and design objectives.
• Develop storyboards, illustrations, 3D models, and conceptual layouts for multimedia and exhibition projects.
• Produce high-quality multimedia content, including video, animations, and interactive media.
• Design and develop graphics for both digital and physical formats such as posters, exhibition graphics, and digital signage.
• Prepare final artwork for print production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
• Oversee layout, color proofing, and quality of printed materials and exhibition displays.
• Support installation on-site, ensuring multimedia and graphic elements are integrated seamlessly into the exhibition environment.
• Conduct testing and quality checks to ensure all designs and multimedia elements meet technical and curatorial requirements.
• Provide documentation and digital source files for ongoing use, training, or maintenance.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years experience as a multimedia designer, graphic designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both graphic design and multimedia content creation (video, animation, interactive media).
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and 3D modeling tools.
• Understanding of digital media production, including sound, lighting, and video editing.
• Knowledge of printing techniques, color proofing, and print file preparation is an advantage.
• Experience in exhibition design, content installation, and testing of multimedia/graphic elements.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong collaboration and project management skills.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in exhibition or museum design projects.
  Familiarity with immersive and interactive media installations.
• Knowledge of AV, multimedia, and graphic integration in physical and digital spaces.

Education:

Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
