Job summary

Exasoft Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced MuleSoft specialist to deliver integration solutions across ASEAN. You will analyze requirements, design reusable API patterns, and implement MuleSoft APIs using v4 and Anypoint Platform.

Join a collaborative team, mentor juniors, support pre-sales, and ensure quality through testing, governance, and clear stakeholder updates. Strong English communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience with integration technologies, including middleware, ETL, MDM, API Gateway, and building APIs and integration solutions.
• Hands‑on experience with MuleSoft (certification preferred).
• Experience with CloudHub 1.0 and/or 2.0.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, REST, JSON, XML, and web services.
• Experience with DataWeave or similar data transformation tools.
• Familiarity with Java/J2EE technologies.
• Understanding of API‑led connectivity architecture.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients across ASEAN to deliver MuleSoft integration solutions.
• Analyse technical and functional requirements to define scalable API solutions.
• Design, develop, and test MuleSoft APIs using MuleSoft v4 and Anypoint Platform.
• Provide technical guidance throughout implementation, testing, and production deployment.
• Ensure quality delivery through estimation, design, development, unit testing, and governance.
• Create reusable integration patterns, frameworks, and architecture blueprints.
• Perform data transformation using DataWeave for simple and complex integration scenarios.
• Ensure adherence to integration standards, including REST, JSON, XML, and web services.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies across processes and technology.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support pre-sales activities and contribute to solution proposals.
• Collaborate with team members across projects and share knowledge.
• Contribute to internal IP, methodologies, and service offerings.
• Mentor junior team members and support capability development.
• Represent the organization through technical thought leadership initiatives.
• Follow governance processes and organizational values.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support recruitment activities when required.
