Job summary

Amaris Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced professional to drive tech transfer and scale-up of drug substance manufacturing. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation from lab to commercial production, while upholding GMP standards.

The role requires hands-on expertise in chromatography, filtration, and validation, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and documentation. Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• A degree in engineering or life sciences with relevant regulatory exposure.
• Experience in commercial-scale GMP manufacturing (biologics drug substance).
• Strong tech transfer and process validation background is essential.
• Hands-on chromatography and filtration experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize purification, homogenisation, and cleaning processes for routine operations.
• Provide technical guidance to site teams and cross-functional groups.
• Lead validation activities including cleaning and water mixing validation and risk assessments.
• Ensure GMP and regulatory compliance across manufacturing steps.
• Prepare validation protocols, reports, and technical documentation.
• Support integration of single-use systems and new manufacturing equipment.
