Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Willingness to support overtime as needed.
• Knowledge of milling, turning, grinding, EDM, wirecut, and CNC machines.
• Experience repairing plastic precision moulds.
• Minimum 1-year moulding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair molds.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding repair and order schedules.
• Inspect inserts and plastic products.
• Update mould history records in Excel.
• Support tasks assigned by the department head.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job description

Moulding Technician

Shift: 5‑day work week, 1st shift – 06:45am to 03:00pm. Daily shift allowances and monthly attendance bonus (T&C applies).

Responsibilities

• Mold servicing and repairs
• Coordinate with the supplier on the repair and orders schedule
• Inspection of inserts and plastic products
• Update the mould history records in the Excel Sheet
• Fulfilled and supported the department head's given task
• Any other ad-hoc assigned by Supervisor/HOD

Requirements

• Able to read, write and speak English
• Able to support overtime when needed/arranged
• Knowledge of operating milling, turning, surface grinding, EDM, wirecut and CNC milling machines.
• Able to work independently to repair plastic precision moulds
• Prefer with minimum 1‑year and above for moulding working experience and in manufacturing field
