Responsibilities

• Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, transmission flushes, A/C recharges and wheel alignments.
• Interact with customers to obtain information about the problems they are experiencing with their vehicles.
• Inspect vehicle engines and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues accurately.
• Maintain workshop equipment and tools in good condition.
• Keep the work environment clean and safe to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety.
• Provide professional advice for appropriate repairs and servicing and deliver excellent customer service.
• Arrange inventory and conduct stock takes.
