A local sports and recreation club in Singapore is seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to create visual materials such as publications, manage its digital presence, and collaborate with marketing teams. The ideal candidate has a diploma in Graphic Design or Multimedia, at least 2 years of design experience, and a strong attention to detail. This role involves not just design but also overseeing digital content management and vendor relationships, contributing significantly to the club's branding identity.

Create and deliver all necessary visual materials, including graphic designs for publications (Annual Reports, Newsletters), event posters, notices, packaging, and general club collateral.
Oversee the Club's digital presence by designing, maintaining, and improving the website for smooth navigation, ensuring it remains technologically current, and uploading relevant content to all internal and social media communication platforms.
Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, including liaising on quotes, job delivery schedules, and the maintenance or replacement of digital signages.
Collaborate with Marketing teammates to plan and execute content strategies and campaigns.
Ensure consistent brand identity across all visual touchpoints (typography, colour palette, imagery, tone).
Develop creative work illustrations range from social media, print and digital.
Ensure all designs comply with printing requirements such as bleed, colour mode (CMYK), and resolution standards.
Review all artwork files and ensure they are double-checked and conduct necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and quality before sending them to print.
Maintain organised digital file archives for easy retrieval. Follow internal naming conventions and data management practices.
Edit raw footage into engaging videos with smooth pacing, transitions, and compelling storytelling.
Add suitable sound design, background music, colour correction, and motion graphics (animation, etc.) where required.
Produce simple motion graphics (e.g., GIFs, motion banner, animated elements) to elevate internal campaigns.
Experiment with AI-powered creative tools to boost efficiency and innovation.
Provide photography coverage for club events as required and undertake any other related duties assigned by the Management.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of professional design experience
Demonstrate a good knowledge of VFX processes, including render pipelines and workflow
Ability to optimise artwork for web, print, and paid ads (FB/IG/TikTok formats, bleed-safe print layouts, etc.)
Strong portfolio demonstrating design creativity and conceptual thinking
Understanding of marketing funnels and basic UI/UX principles is an advantage
Strong attention to detail, good time management, and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment
