Role Overview

The Motion Graphic Designer transforms ideas into visually compelling motion content that communicates the brand’s story, values, and impact. The role blends creativity, design sensibility, and technical motion expertise to produce engaging visual assets across digital platforms. Working closely with the Art Director and cross‑functional teams, the designer creates dynamic visual experiences that humanize science and technology, enhance audience engagement, and strengthen the brand’s visual identity across campaigns and channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, animate, and produce a wide range of motion graphics and videos for use across digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Adhere strictly to brand guidelines and visual identity standards across all design work, ensuring a cohesive and recognisable brand presence.
  • Work closely with the Art Director to conceptualise and execute the visual narrative for multi‑format content, with a focus on motion and visual storytelling.
  • Leverage motion and visual effects to humanise science and technology, spotlight clinical expertise, and showcase consumer success stories.
  • Support the end‑to‑end content production process, including ideation, storyboarding, animation, and final output across formats.
  • Adapt visual content for various formats including static images, animated GIFs, short videos, and printable materials, aligning with the consumer decision journey.
  • Assist in sourcing, selecting, and editing high‑quality imagery and visual elements.
  • Partner with Growth Marketing, CRM, and Clinical & Communications teams to create dynamic content that supports their growth initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in motion graphic design and video production, preferably in healthtech, wellness, or consumer brands.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
  • Proficiency in motion design software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D) and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro).
  • Solid understanding of design principles, visual storytelling, and brand identity.
  • Ability to simplify complex ideas into engaging animated narratives.
  • Collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for health and longevity.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Communications, or a related field.
