Job description

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise molding process to ensure high quality products are made in a timely manner
• Organize the daily activities to ensure smooth operations
• Provide appropriate training, as well as maintain and evaluate training records of production personnel
• Ensure product quality and production efficiency by the close monitoring of production processes and implementing appropriate corrective actions (Form U, A, T)
• Enforce correct and safe work practices and maintain good housekeeping at all times
• Organize to meet customers deadline with process engineers and technicians
• Initiate corrective actions and follow-up until resolved
• Stop production when product quality does not conform to specifications
• Discipline and counsel subordinates

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree with specialization in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 3 to 6 years of management experiences in production process (Plastic processing added advantage)
• IT skills (MS Office)
• Independent and able to multi-task in fast paced environment
• Hired permanently as an employee in Singapore and willing to work in Mexico with expatriate package
