Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Proven experience in performing preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Solid understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and within a team.
• Proactive self-management focusing on high standards and timely completion of tasks.
• Flexibility in working schedule based on production needs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and perform breakdowns, preventative maintenance, and calibration for production equipment.
• Conduct equipment and tool setup in molding machines for production.
• Perform troubleshooting and assist the engineering team with validation activities.
• Document all maintenance and calibration activities for compliance.
• Adhere to operational standards and maintain a safe work environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance methods.
• Support other departments with project and equipment delivery.
