Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Conduct alarm troubleshooting and solve critical equipment issues.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CVD and CMP tools.
  • Execute tool handovers and maintenance reporting.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams for tool performance improvement.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate for replacements.
  • Work under shifts in a 24/7 fab environment.

Role Summary

You will be responsible and focused on improving tool performance and availability, in charge of maintenance, diagnosing failures and implementing effective solutions to meet uptime and cycle time requirements in the Thin Film (Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) / Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) module.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle on-duty tasks and conduct fundamental alarm troubleshooting; identify root cause and problem-solve critical equipment issues with urgency.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CVD and CMP tools to ensure stable and efficient operation. Quickly diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize production downtime.
  • Execute tool handovers and maintenance reporting per cleanroom standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve tool performance and availability.
  • Manage spare part inventory and coordinate with vendors or contractors for parts replacement and technical support.
  • Operate under shifts duties in a 24/7 fab environment.
Education Qualification & Essential Experiences
  • Diploma’s or higher degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or STEM related fields
  • Experience in a 12’’ (300mm) fab environment is highly preferred.
