Role Summary

You will be responsible and focused on improving tool performance and availability, in charge if maintenance, diagnosing failures and implementing effective solutions to meet uptime and cycle time requirements in the Operations module (Photolithography, Dry Etching, Wet Etch, Diffusion, CVD, CMP & PVD)

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle on-duty tasks and conduct fundamental alarm troubleshooting; identify root cause and problem-solve critical equipment issues with urgency.
  • Execute tool handovers and maintenance reporting per cleanroom standards.
  • Operate advanced tools, collaborate with engineering teams to improve tool performance and availability.
  • Manage spare part inventory and coordinate with vendors or contractors for parts replacement and technical support.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on advanced 300mm semiconductor tools for respective module process.
  • Operate and trouble‑shoot equipment.
  • Operate under rotating shifts (day/night), including weekends and holidays, in a 24/7 fab environment.
Qualifications
  • Diploma’s in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or STEM related fields.
  • Experience working as a Module Associate Engineers in a 12’’ (300mm) fab environment is highly preferred.
