Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with key modern trade accounts.
 - Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share.
 - Ensure brand visibility in-store with proper product placement.
 - Collaborate on in-store promotions and campaigns.
 - Track and report sales performance and inventory levels.
 - Coordinate with supply chain for consistent product availability.
 - Negotiate pricing and trade terms with retail partners.
 - Gather insights on market trends and competitor activities.
 - Collaborate across teams to execute trade activities.
 - Identify new retail partners for market expansion.
 
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key modern trade accounts, including retailers, supermarkets, and e-commerce partners.
 
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share, sales volume, and brand awareness within assigned accounts.
 
- Product Visibility: Ensure the brand is well-represented in-store with great shelf space, visibility, and product placement.
 
- Promotions & Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing to run creative and exciting in-store promotions and campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales.
 
- Sales Reporting: Track and report sales performance, inventory levels, and market insights to inform strategy and keep things on track.
 
- Stock & Supply Chain Coordination: Work closely with the supply chain team to maintain consistent product availability and avoid stockouts.
 
- Negotiation & Trade Terms: Negotiate pricing, promotional deals, and trade terms with retail partners to create win-win agreements.
 
- Market Intelligence: Gather insights on competitor activities, customer preferences, and market trends to help shape future product and marketing strategies.
 
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across teams—marketing, logistics, product development—to ensure smooth execution of all trade activities.
 
- New Account Development: Identify potential new retail partners and opportunities for expanding our footprint in the market.
