Job Description

We are hiring Mobile Vending Machine Top-Up & Stock Update Assistants to support the daily replenishment and stock updating of our automated vending machines across Singapore.

This role is suitable for individuals who are computer-savvy, organised, and comfortable with routine operational work. Training will be provided.

Candidates who have their own transport may also be assigned to collect stocks from our warehouse before heading to designated locations for replenishment.

Grab drivers and other delivery or ride-hailing drivers looking for stable or supplementary work are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Top up products into automated vending machines according to system instructions
• Update stock levels accurately using the computer system
• Replace printer labels when required
• Ensure machines are clean, organised, and operating properly
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for accuracy and safety
• Report any stock discrepancies or machine issues to the operations team

Optional duties (for candidates with own transport)

• Pick up stocks from the warehouse / central stock point
• Deliver stocks securely to assigned locations before replenishment
• Ensure proper handling and accountability of stock during transit

Job Requirements

• Minimum Secondary education or equivalent
• Comfortable using computer systems / tablets
• Able to follow instructions carefully and work accurately
• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently across locations

Additional requirement (if assigned stock pickup duties):

• Possess own transport (car or motorcycle)
• Valid driving licence

Experience in logistics, retail stocking, vending machines, or operations is an advantage but not required.
