Job summary

Adecco is partnering with a famous Tech MNC to hire a Mobile Software Developer on a contract till 31 December 2026 (renewable). The role prefers candidates who can start immediately and be ready to contribute to a fast-moving mobile development effort.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of mobile development experience, with 3+ years in Flutter, strong Dart skills, and knowledge of OOP, TDD, reactive programming, DI, and MVVM.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of mobile development experience
• 3+ years of Flutter engineering experience
• Fluent in Dart programming language and Flutter ecosystem
• Understanding of OOP, TDD, reactive programming and DI
• Knowledge of MVVM and clean architecture could be beneficial
• Experience with API design, unit testing and UI testing techniques
• Experience running large scale apps and familiarity with crash analytics and remote debugging

Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of new features for mobile applications ensuring performance and UX
• Write reusable, scalable, testable code with limited guidance
• Maintain existing apps including bug fixes and performance enhancements
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions with engineering teams
• Write unit and integration tests and collaborate with QAs to ensure bug-free releases
• Work with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in agile development, planning, stand-ups and estimations

The Talent

• Merchant app AI experience would be ideal
• 3-5 years of mobile development experience, 3+ years of Flutter engineering experience.
• Fluent in Dart programming language and Flutter ecosystem.
• Understanding of programming paradigms such as OOP, TDD, reactive programming and dependency injection.
• Working knowledge of several architectural approaches including clean architecture like MVVM.
• Experience in writing maintainable and testable code, including API design, unit testing and UI testing techniques.
• Experience running large scale applications and global understanding of systems internals and tools like crash analytics, remote debugging and continuous integration.
• Experience owning a feature end-to-end.

Job Description

• Contribute to the development of new features and improvements for our mobile applications, ensuring robustness, performance, and a great user experience.
• Write code that is reusable, scalable and testable with limited guidance. Make sure products are delivered on time and with high quality.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in mobile development, and suggest improvements to our processes and tools.
• Optimize app performance: network data consumption, battery, storage, app size, app launch time, etc.
• Write engineering specifications to align on timeline, implementation details
• Provide realistic estimates for ambitious tasks by seeking clarifications, effectively plan and prioritize tasks in autonomy
