Job description
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of mobile devices to identify hardware and software faults.
  • Utilise diagnostic tools and industry-standard testing procedures to determine repair requirements.
  • Perform hardware repairs including (but not limited to):
    • Screen and LCD replacement
    • Battery replacement
    • Charging port repairs
    • Camera, speaker, and microphone replacements
    • Motherboard-level repair
  • Handle software-related tasks such as system updates, resets, backup/restore, and firmware troubleshooting.
  • Test devices post-repair to ensure all functions are working correctly.
  • Verify all resolved issues before returning devices to the customer.
  • Explain diagnostic results and repair recommendations clearly to customers.
  • Provide accurate repair quotations, estimated timelines, and after-service advice.
  • Maintain professionalism and upload service standards during customer interactions.
  • Monitor and record usage of spare parts, and report low stock levels.
  • Complete job sheets, repair logs, and service records accurately and promptly.
Requirements
  • Minimum Nitec in IT or Engineering. (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
