Qualifications

• Certified Personal or Fitness Trainer as required.
• At least 1 year coaching experience preferred, especially outcall or home-based training.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology and evidence-based training methods.
• Excellent communication skills and client connection ability.
• Reliable and punctual, adaptable to client schedules.
• Willing to travel islandwide to train clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions at clients' homes, offices, or preferred locations.
• Provide tailored fitness programs aligned with client goals.
• Ensure proper form, safety, and progression in every session.
• Track client progress and perform regular check-ins.
