THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Health Specialist on a commission-based basis.

During probation, basic salary ranges from $1600 to $2200. After probation, compensation is full commission-based, with earnings up to $6000–$8000, and work location is islandwide. The role involves delivering personalised training and health coaching on client sites, building strong relationships, and maintaining high service standards to enhance client experience and retention.

Qualifications

• No prior fitness or training experience required as full in-house training is provided

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised training sessions and health coaching at clients' locations
• Build and maintain strong client relationships grounded in trust, attentiveness, and care
• Uphold the standard of service across every client interaction
• Contribute to client retention and overall client experience with the company
